If anyone has been following this trial then you can’t tell me that that the husband doesn’t look guilty. He came up with the perfect plan to off his own family so he could re marry 4 months after the accident. Yes she was having these thoughts about harming the kids and the husband took advantage of that and came up with a plan only problem was is that she didn’t die.. he threw her out the window and she lived.. if you follow the trial you will start to see what everyone sees

you can be held responsible for leaving your children with the other parent if you knew they were under the influence. how is this any different. she was heavily drugged and mentally ill. she shouldnt have been left alone with the kids period

She absolutely does not remember that she killed her children. She has not admitted to anything, but because of intrusive thoughts and the way she was feeling and over medicated. She has said that she must have but doesn’t remember it. Her husband’s story has wholes big enough to run a truck through. His timeline has been questioned. This is the prosecution’s side of the story. The defense is just starting.
