Best education system which doesn't give you best careers only expectations of it. Best Army we haven't had a "Serious" war before. Best government is a debatable part. The best thing about Singapore is the low crime rate and good geographical position with no natural disaster which I am grateful for and of course our very own Caitanya with the most soothing voice🥰.
