@physionic_phd: Cheese and cardiovascular disease: the data may not look how you expect. 🧀❤️ Across multiple prospective studies, cheese consumption was associated with either neutral or lower cardiovascular mortality risk, with several analyses showing the most favorable associations at moderate intakes. This also parallels the overall mortality data: some cheese consumption tends to track with lower mortality risk, but the relationship becomes weaker as intake increases. Importantly, these are observational associations, so they cannot establish that cheese itself causes a reduction in cardiovascular mortality. Still, across populations differing in age, sex, health status, body weight, and geography, the studies did not show a consistent harmful relationship between cheese consumption and mortality. a lot of your content is based on the results of observational studies. observational studies are not science. they cannot prove causation only intimate possible relationships. another problem is that many observational studies are published with tiny hazard ratios below 2.0 and the results are expressed in terms of relative risk rather than absolute risk. this makes tiny associations that are not even statistically valid appear substantial.

I submit WISCONSIN. Heavy cheese consumption, leaders in heart disease, stroke and vascular dementia. Suggest you read "The China Study" before eating much cheese. Not a good idea.

it is better if the dairy is grass fed only with a2-a2 protein and not the grain fed a1 mutation that can cause inflammation and lacks k2
