Let me put a nail in the unavailable coffin. Is it on the shelf? Can you grab it? No?Then IT’S UNAVAILABLE. If it’s in the warehouse, then it’s in stock but it’s still UNAVAILABLE. The only department where I have had ANY associate find unavailable items is produce. So many of the associates in the stores are curbside shoppers and they don’t give a crap about you filling your order. They have their own quotas to meet. They will literally tell you “yes it’s in the back but I’m not going to get it. You’ll need to wait”.

Yesterday was my first time sparking. It was during peak and so much was really unavailable! I felt horrible!! I also hated the back and forth so I will try this technique so I can shop my in order

No no no!!! I know it’s annoying but just reroute yourself manually. I also have some baselines where I will go ahead and do frozen first. Like I had a 1.8 miler yesterday with like 30ish items. So I just went ahead and did it in that order because I knew it wouldn’t time out.

I shop by department. I start out in the bread and the canned goods I move on to produce in me and then I go to the frozen. I shop all orders at the same time I’m not running back-and-forth. Besides that anybody that does, that is an idiot because most people tip a percentage so everything you return you’re getting taken off of your tips.
