One thing I want to mention both as a medical professional and a magical practitioner, schizophrenia is actually a mental illness. Yes people having spiritual experiences are sometimes misdiagnosed with it, but legit schizophrenia is not the same thing.

It’s best one has a teacher and you have developed layers of spiritual knowledge. I learned this 30 years ago in a school for initiates. You can’t share with another if the other doesn’t have the foundation of knowledge. Waste of time.

Yea.. I’m Native American and was raised up with an understanding of that side of things and it was always a normal thing in my family and tribe and I didn’t know that all people weren’t like that so yea I must have overshared with my psychiatrist or 6 years at some point he decided to diagnose me with schizophrenia and never even told me… I found out by my medical records when I had to pull for something else and just happened to stumble across it and I still haven’t confronted my doctor or asked him about it 🤦♀️but now it’s hard to even go to the er without the doctors not taking me serious like i literally had a super itchy allergic reaction type rash and the doctor literally told me I was hallucinating my symptoms ☠️
