Viral video of man who kidnapped elderly woman someone called Warwick Police at 8:40pm for help of Steven (photo in video shows when called the police) the caller stated “I’m worried he’s going to hurt himself or someone else” thinking he was under the influence of something (drugs, alcohol) and assumed he’d steal a car and get into an accident of some sort not this kind of situation! Had they took the caller seriously because the day after is when he kidnapped the women & a terrible situation unfolded.
