I’m on day 10 Get one of these ice packs like I have! for ur jaw bc at some point ur jaw will hurt/feel tired or hard to move bc ur tongue ans throat get swollen and it will help and also helps with headaches also just holding the ice packs agains ur neck when ur throat is hurting helps aswell it’s been a life saver for me so far

currently awake at 3am to give my 5 year old his meds from having his tonsils and adnoids removed yesterday. he is doing alot better then i thought. i got mine out when i was 12 and it was roughhhh
