I mean, pax does have more factions and skins let alone many countries left nato and joined pax because nato wasn’t doing their job, most factions we have in nato is USA Egypt and the Great Britain with a couple of special services from the states while pax has a mix of every single country from people losing hope in their native lands. However pax did attack a base that was practically being given to them in 2027 soo I genuinely agree that pax is a terrorist group but nato genuinly doesn’t do anything about it
