guys I had alot on my forehead and right cheek and then I started to put a cloth or towel that was placed in lukewarm water then squeezed but not all the water out just enough so it doesn't drip then I put it on my forehead and face for 5 mins then I take it and apply the cream right after I take towel or cloth while my face is still moist I do it everyday and my skin got better and if you have any questions tell me
