@duc.lad.47: PENN STATE FRATERNITY DRUG BUST 14 people, including fraternity members, have been charged in a major cocaine trafficking ring operating out of Penn State University. According to prosecutors, drugs were brought from NYC and Philadelphia into State College, where fraternity pledges were allegedly forced to cut and package cocaine as part of their initiation. Investigators tracked transactions scaling from $4,000 up to $20,000 before authorities officially filed charges on August 17. #PennState #StateCollege #USNews #LADNews
