For perioral dermatitis I had to stop most of my skincare and did antimicrobral spray like the tower 28 sos (I got a cheaper dupe on Amazon) could only wash with this spectro wash off Amazon and I was able to use my tatcha moisturizers if I added any serums or anything else it flared but it went away quick after cutting everything else but these things!
