Question mare I'm working with is reactive at the pole ear area and when doing the tongue stretch with her she will only try to pull it in like 5-6 times then goes dead tongue an just let's it hang out. Thoughts?

Someone did this to my horse. I thought they were nuts when they pulled his tongue out…he had the biggest release and was so comfortable. Fixed our issues!
