i noticed myself eating so much more (which i needed) so im getting back on track with my weight but i’ve heard more of my friends saying they lost appetite so it’s really weird

yep- it took away my appetite around month 3. and i lost about 5 pounds it was awful. :( i just went on a lot of walks and it brought my appetite back
