This is happening to thousands of large creators. They are with holding earned money from people and handing out community guidelines violations over nothing. The new owners have destroyed this platform. If you have another platform we can follow that you monetize on let us know and we can head over there.

One more thing that you could try, and it’s a long shot, but you are speaking to the system as if you’re talking to a real person, and you are likely not. it might work better if you use only short, direct sentences and give it direct commands instead of asking questions and making requests. Something along the lines of “I was removed for the creative rewards program, but this is an error. I do not create low quality content or violate any of TikTok’s rules or terms. The response from your team about my case is now two weeks late. I want an immediate human review and to be reinstated to the creative rewards program. I have not violated any of the rules or terms of service”

They’re doing this a lot of us. They kicked me out for “deceptive behavior”, but my account had no flags or issues. It’s happened to a lot of us. Everything they told you was a carbon copy of what they sent me when I opened a ticket, with just as lame an excuse.

I can’t help but think this is Tik Tok’s way of slowly removing the Creator Fund bc it’s not available in all countries (like Canada). I cannot get out of the support loop for a region change either though so maybe it’s just a support system issue.
