الصلاة في الإسلام هي الركن الثاني من أركان الإسلام، وهي عمود الدين وواجبة على كل مسلم خمس مرات يومياً، وتُعد وسيلة لمناجاة الله وطلب العون منه، وهي تنهى عن الفحشاء والمنكر وتجلب الطمأنينة والراحة النفسية والجسدية، وتتكون من أركان وواجبات وسنن، وتختلف عن صلاة الجاهلية التي كانت مجرد صفير وتصفيق عددها خمس صلوات مفروضة في اليوم والليلة: الفجر، الظهر، العصر، المغرب، العشاء المفاهيم الأساسية: التوحيد والخضوع تُجسّد الصلاة أعظم معاني التوحيد، وفيها خضوع كامل لله تعالى واعتراف بعظمته الصلة بالله الصلاة صلة مباشرة بين العبد وربه، يقف فيها المسلم يناجي الله دون وسيط الخشوع والطهارة تعلّم المسلم الطهارة الظاهرة والباطنة، وتُربي القلب على الخشوع والانضباط الالتزام والانضباط تُنظم وقت المسلم، وتعوده على النظام والمحافظة على المواعيد. فضائل الصلاة: مغفرة الذنوب: الصلاة سبب لمغفرة الذنوب وتكفير السيئات، خاصة مع المحافظة عليها بخشوع. الطمأنينة والراحة النفسية: تمنح القلب راحة وسكينة، وتُخفف الهموم والضغوط. الوقاية من الفحشاء والمنكر: قال الله تعالى:
