@lillid4fit: If you're a busy woman, one of the easiest ways to become more consistent with the gym is to stop deciding IF you're going to workout every single day. Because after 8 hours of meetings, emails, deadlines, errands, kids, and making 100 other decisions... The LAST thing you want to figure out at 6PM is: “Do I feel like going to the gym?” And then once you get there... “What am I even training today?” 😂 This is why I want you to plan your workouts BEFORE the week starts. Instead of: “I'll try to workout 3 times this week.” Try: Monday: Lower Body
Wednesday: Upper Body
Saturday: Full Body Now there's nothing to decide. The workout is already on your calendar. Your program is already written. You know exactly what exercises you're doing when you walk into the gym. And if your schedule changes? Move the workout. Don't abandon the week. That's an important distinction. Your routine doesn't need to be rigid to be structured. For busy women, removing decisions can be one of the easiest ways to make consistency feel LESS exhausting. So every Sunday, take 5 minutes and ask yourself: “Looking at my ACTUAL schedule this week, when can I realistically train?” Then put those workouts on your calendar like you would any other appointment. You don't need to wake up every morning feeling motivated. Sometimes you just need to stop giving yourself something else to decide. Save this for your Sunday planning session. #WomensFitness #WorkoutTips #strengthtrainingforwomen #busylife #workoutplan
