There is no need for Qiqi, as Alyosha already heals and thats all Qiqi really does for this team. She doesn't generate any energy particals and does almost no off-field damage. Using her alongside Alyosha is pointless and lowers the team's damage by a lot. As for C6 Diona, she provides both a shield and healing. However, Odette already scales defensively with her own mechanics, meaning Diona is simply just a luxury comfort option. She may increase elemental mastery, which sounds amazing, EM only buffs reaction damage (like melt or swirl). This Odette team relies on stellar conduct which deals low flat damage and is primarily used to lower enemy physical/cryo resistance. Unlike Diona and Qiqi, the Cryo Traveler acts as a genuine extra attacker. Her burst deals heavy cryo damage in the background while Odette is on-field. Also, the Traveler's elemental skill generates a large amount of cryo energy particles, acting as a battery to feed Odette's ultimate so she can keep her damage rotation moving flawlessly. By choosing Cryo Traveler, you sacrifice unnecessary extra defensive safety shields to gain maximum team-wide damage scaling. But, this is only if you want to use Odette as a DPS, she has many other roles that require different buffs, characters, stats, e.c.t.
