Just say: اللَّهُ اللَّهُ رَبِّي، لَا أُشْرِكُ بِهِ شَيْئًا Allāhu Allāhu Rabbī, lā ushriku bihi shayʾā. “Allah, Allah is my Lord. I associate nothing with Him.” The Prophet ﷺ taught this to Asmāʾ bint ʿUmays رضي الله عنها, saying: “Shall I not teach you words to say when you are in distress?” Then he taught her this duʿāʾ.
