When I used to weigh 120lbs I’m high school, my doctor kept saying I needed to loose more weight and was making me take medication to stop my hunger. I only ate a small bag of popcorn cause that can be eaten through the day and a microwave spicy ramen. It was a female doctor. And this really gave me body dysmorphia cause I remember looking like a whale. But I look back at photos and I was so skinny. All that ‘extra weight’ as just in my ass, thighs and chest cause I’m a girl. I still can’t look in a mirror for too long.
