Extracting & boiling! killed all the antioxidants rather use the juicer simmer the juice on low heat until become thicker (1/3 the quantity) take out of stove add honey (1 tbp to every 200ml juice) let it luckwarm cool before fill the bottles( use the ones that have a head like the ketchup or oils one). Never do two heat cook to fruits choose one method only.
