@talmiro.co: Wanting CRNA school is one thing. Building a path that actually gets you there is another. You do not need to have every step figured out today but you do need to know what your next step is going to be to get you started. That’s why this page exists. #CRNA #FutureCRNA #Nurse #Nursing #CRNASchool
I’m finally in an ICU MICU, nervous but ready one step closer to CRNA

It’s 100% intentional from start to finish. Half the work is getting in, the other half is staying in

I’ve been an CTICU nurse at a level 1 trauma center for 3 years and I’m wanting to transition to ECMO nursing for a few years before applying to CRNA. Would this be a good plan?

I jumped into the ED as an LPN during the summer before 4th semester for RN. Then I networked and found myself messaging the manager of SICU. Asked if I could shadow, had an impromptu meeting with her after. 4 days later I was interviewing with her, the other manager for CNICU, their director and the CNO. A day after that, they called and offered me the position as a new grad RN. I didn’t think I would get it but I believed in myself and made it happen and here I am. Am I scared? HELL yes. Am I ready? HELL yes.

9 months into CTICU with a background in PACU and ER before. Wanting so badly to keep pushing but feeling kind of lost and lacking motivation to put the next steps in motion😮💨

I’m still in nursing school (for my asn) but I just got a PCT job in the icu already! When I graduate I’ll still be in the icu and get my BSN while I work 👏🏼

I’m in nursing school now graduating in may 2028. I currently work as a pct on a SICU and MICU unit and am lined up to work there after I graduate. What else should I start doing/looking into to increase my chances of being accepted?

I want to be one but I'm afraid that my introverted nature and anxiety would get in the way. Hopefully it will fade in a couple of years
