@aaaaariyana: We landed safely, and first of all, thank you to the pilot and crew for keeping us safe🙏🏻 Pero after almost 10 hours of waiting and still no clear solution from AirAsia we’re already exhausted and frustrated na. We understand naman that the weather and flight diversion were beyond anyone’s control and we were patient enough to understand the situation. What even made it more stressful was the lack of clear and consistent updates. We kept waiting, asking, and trying to understand what was going to happen to us espcially since we had connecting flights. We understand that unexpected situations happen but passengers also deserve proper communication clear instructions and an actual solution. We were patient We cooperated We understood the situation pero yung after 10 hours, we just wanted to know: Ano na po ang solusyon? 😭 Thank you again to the pilot for getting us safely to Clark but AirAsia, we hope you can do better when it comes to handling situations like this in communicating with passengers who are already tired, confused, and stressed. We deserve to know what happens next. 🙏🏻
