@startoverstrategy: Replying to @ktbare82 A market can be saturated and still have room for you. The trick is to stop asking: “How many other people are doing this?” And start asking: “What need isn’t being met?” Maybe everyone in your area offers childcare—but nobody offers evenings and weekends. Maybe there are plenty of house cleaners—but nobody specializes in homes with pets. Maybe there are lots of tutors—but nobody offers the specific kind of help a particular group of students needs. Maybe there are plenty of professional organizers—but nobody is specifically helping overwhelmed ADHD households. You don’t necessarily need a completely original business idea. You need a specific problem you can solve in a way people aren’t currently finding. And sometimes the thing that makes your life complicated can actually help you identify an underserved market. Different hours. A different clientele. A different delivery method. A specialized service. A problem other providers don’t want to solve. Don’t write off an idea just because there’s competition. Look for the gap. That’s where the opportunity may be. #StartOverStrategy #ServiceBasedBusiness #WomenStartingBusinesses #DivorcedFormerTradwife #SmallBusinessTips
