My therapist who realized I was being abused in my marriage and that my (now ex) husband was likely a sociopath told me to: 1) have all my devices checked for bugs, and 2) stop eating or drinking anything he made for me due to suspected slow poisoning…. Because these are VERY COMMON TACTICS by sociopaths are those with narcissistic personality disorder.
