So depending on the day this works for me or when the anxiety isnt so high. I had this realization today. My 3D was showing me something I didnt want. And I treated that as a seperate me. Actually as a child me, that I was now comforting. I wasn't invalidating their feelings. I let that version voice the concern. Then the current me comforted them, never villianizing them or me. And I visualized grabbing child me by they hand and telling them, we are going to be OK, you dont have to worry anymore. I am choosing for us. but also letting that past version of me to come with me so that they get to experience the good things that are coming. And as any upset it shows up again, but a little more settled, I could now tell myself what is happening isnt final. Even what the past has taught me doesn't have to come to pass. Decided right now the direction I want to be. but you're right about feeling your feelings. So I find it funny that you are talking about this because it what I was telling myself earlier. Nice to hear something that reinforces that thought.
