A Justiça Eleitoral da Bahia negou o pedido da coligação do Jerônimo Rodrigues (PT) “Mais Bahia, Mais Brasil” para retirar do Instagram um vídeo em que influenciadores baianos declaram apoio simultâneo ao presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) e ao ex-prefeito de Salvador ACM Neto (União). A decisão, obtida com exclusividade pelo Bahia Notícias, foi assinada neste domingo (9) pelo juiz auxiliar do Tribunal Regional Eleitoral da Bahia (TRE-BA) Isaías Vinícius de Castro Simões. A representação questionava uma publicação em formato reels feita por cinco perfis quem somam cerca de 2,6 milhões de seguidores na plataforma. Leo Marques possui aproximadamente 1,1 milhão de seguidores. Ronald Lima reúne 211 mil, Jadson Faleta tem 307 mil, Jonh Rodrigues conta com 297 mil e Rebeca Lemos possui cerca de 690 mil seguidores. O vídeo, que está com os comentários bloqueados, já ultrapassa 500 mil visualizações e reúne mais de 11 mil curtidas. O conteúdo reproduz uma encenação de drive-thru com o slogan “Meu combo, minha regra” e as frases “Eu tô com Netinho” e “Eu tô com vovô Lula”. Para a coligação, a associação entre nomes ligados a grupos políticos distintos poderia confundir o eleitorado e caracterizaria propaganda eleitoral irregular. O relator, porém, entendeu que a postagem representa uma manifestação espontânea de preferência política. Segundo a decisão, cidadãos comuns não estão submetidos às regras de fidelidade partidária aplicáveis a partidos, candidatos e filiados. O magistrado destacou que não existe norma que obrigue o eleitor a manter coerência partidária ou a apoiar exclusivamente candidatos de uma mesma legenda ou coligação. I know I seem crazy as flow through tears and sadness and be happy and laughing and then in then the inner child comes out. And now you get a rollercoaster with me. It’s just my brain shine. I’m authentic. I’m real. I’m gutwrenching. I’m a pain in the arse. I’m fun. I’m soft. I’m loud. It’s an adventure with me. You never know what you’re gonna get. what day but you know I’ll always be pure and from my soul. Even when I’m sad it’s still smile. I still say hello. I’m still kind because that’s my inner problem. No one else the days when I seem like that probably like that but every day I fight it and I’ll get stronger. December is a very hard of me as it is for many to keep. I just have to embrace it for what it is and know how lucky I am for what I have it’s lots of people don’t even have what I have a beautiful circle and people that love me and people who accept me for the way I am. It can be a challenge but let me know. But no that that challenge is worth it. I’ll always have your back. That’s my preach for this morning. Might change by this afternoon. Doubt it. Maybe they’ll just be tears this afternoon. Who knows? You never know what you’re gonna get neither do. I just depends how I just depend how I tolerate my pain. I have all these regimes for next year and I will do them. They’re not New Year’s resolutions. My boss is kindly giving me six months membership at the gym and the swimming pool for my Christmas present. I’m blessed that I have people like that. Yeah, I look after their boys like my own my own grandchildren to me. It’s not about money sometimes it’s about how they are with you and how they how do I explain that I do what I do cause I want to do it because of money a lot I didn’t get paid for I don’t. I won’t take money my I’m there to help. I’ve done my struggle with my children. Wasn’t always a struggle wrong every bit of it was worth it. But I don’t want anyone or anyone in my circle to have to do that at all. I want to be helping but I know that I have to look after Jules matters really matters matter everyone matters. I’ll speak to you soon.
