I don’t know what it is about our sun or weather, but I’ve always wondered about this, in many parts of Africa, a place can look absolutely beautiful to the naked eye, yet the moment you capture it on camera, the picture or video somehow fails to do it justice. Meanwhile, in Europe and the U.S., the scenery often seems to photograph almost exactly as beautiful as it appears to the naked eye. So my question is, what is it about the African sun, weather, atmosphere or lighting that makes some of our landscapes look less impressive on camera than they actually look in real life?
