Turner vs Driver 2017 case. He was arrested for filming the police. He won in the United States Court of Appealsfor the 5th circut that affirmed the First Ammendment right to record the police. One of the offivers involved was criminally indicted for a similar incident around the same time. This here is the OG !!!!
