For those defending the guy on the left Here is what he did, for those who are curious. In September 2012, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, following a nightclub altercation in which a man was stabbed, an ambulance was called to transport the victim to the hospital. Martin (along with gang accomplices) opened fire on the moving ambulance as well as on a car following it (driven by the victim's sisters). No one was killed, but it was clearly an attempted shooting involving an emergency vehicle on a public street. His sentence (2013): 4 counts of attempted murder → 40 years each Assault and battery, criminal recklessness, weapons charges, gang activity → additional sentences Total: 170 years (the prosecutor had actually sought 210 years, the statutory maximum) The deputy prosecutor summarized the case by stating that he had "no value to society," and the judge likened the scene to a war zone that had terrorized the community.

Been in n out but man I can’t imagine doing that long. My homie got hit w a first degree slapped with 15 years on top of his 7 served in Pretrial. Definitely ain’t no place to be.
