Hey there! Don't panic just yet—your motherboard is very likely not dead on arrival (DOA)!It is completely normal for the fans not to spin and for the board to seem completely lifeless right now. AM5 motherboards require a CPU installed to actually turn on, start their power cycle, and activate the fans. Without a processor in the socket, the board's safety logic detects that the "brain" is missing and stops the startup process immediately.Once you install your AM5 processor, the board should recognize it, complete its startup tests, and your fans will spin right up. If you flip the power switch on your power supply and see a tiny standby light on the board, that means it is getting electricity and is just waiting for that CPU to be dropped in!

Gigabyte is trash. The BIOS are not good. I got a DoA board returned it and switched. Either do Asus or ASRock.

Did you check the PCIE cable for the fans and GPU? If it won’t work/boot. It could it. It shorting itself

You dont have the "brains" of the pc installed and you expect it to work? put in a cpu, make sure you put either your aio or fan on the cpu, and then turn it on, and your problem is solved.
