I slid down the wall ugly boohoo cried for 3 days .. thought about it for about a week after .. I'm on day 21 no contact .. I have other shit going on soooo I think I'm ok now but 5 years doesn't go away so easily unfortunately but I'm good I can breathe

I think it’s easier said for a lot of people here in the comments to have a short period but for me it is even harder because I lost my baby at 14 weeks and the baby’s due date is next month and I’ve been grieving all of this time as much as I try to move on I think there’s just so many levels to grief… i’m not sure how long I’m gonna feel like this…it’s been hard to let go because I know losing the baby was my fault.
