@themalaymail: A hill forest area of about 2.8 hectares near the Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Mosque in Section 14 here went up in flames yesterday afternoon. Selangor Fire and Rescue Department (JBPM) assistant director (Operations) Ashrul Riezal Asbar said they received an emergency call at 1.01 pm and dispatched a team to the scene. “Fire tenders from the Shah Alam Fire and Rescue Station (BBP) arriving at the location found about seven acres (2.8 hectares) of hilly forest on fire. “The fire did not involve any nearby building structures, and no casualties or injuries were reported,” he said in a statement today.
