The point is , is that the phone was in police custody- the Apple Watch was not. The health data is from the Apple Watch, however Patrick was in custody of the watch, the police only had the iPhone and Lindsay was in a coma.

I think I'm just confused about what this video specifically is trying to elude to? I think I'm just having a slow morning. Lindsay is in a coma, the phone was moved during that period. Is the fact that it was moved (most likely by police) important for some other aspect of the case? Like her movement through the house on the day of the incident? I'm having trouble connecting it and I know I've missed something. Can someone possibly explain what it is I am missing?

Ok so my last Apple Watch had its own line of service and I could make and receive phone calls from anywhere, so I didn’t have to have my actual phone on me to call and it was literally a “clone” of my phone bc of the Apple ID logged in!

‘Fitbit’ murder case in CT 2015. Richard Dabate convicted of killing his wife in their home. Her Fitbit tracker data disproved his alibi. His story timeline of events was dismantled using data from her Fitbit showing she was logging steps long after he claimed she was already dead. Wouldnt Clanceys Apple Watch data provide evidence?

I have 2 phones. 1 new and 1 old. Both of them are connected to my number. I was scared to reset my old one in case of losing anything. Anyways all my texts, calls, photos, everything is on both phones. 1 hooked to WiFi and 1 hooked to cellular. Could this be the case? Basically my phones receive the same thing at the same time.
