I know the video is for fun, so let’s catch the fun educationally. 🤣😂 Beans is protein, and protein doesn’t have a storage form in our body like carbohydrates do. That’s why we need it in reasonable amounts, just like meat, fish, eggs etc. The body uses protein for growth, repair and other functions, while excess protein is broken down and the nitrogen part is excreted.
