Another epic struggle and determination by an osprey fighting for survival and providing for its family !! I will post the2nd part of the video as it goes over the spillway (my favorite part) and back to the nest tomorrow so stay tuned 😁. How I protect my skin as a derm during my commute ☀️ First—sunscreen, always. I make sure to reapply on exposed areas like my face, neck, and chest, especially with UV coming through car windows. Then I layer on UPF protection. I normally wear UPF sleeves for my arms and recently added UPF neck gaiter to cover my neck and chest. You can pull it up to cover your lower face and cheeks, or keep it down just for the neck. Simple, consistent protection makes a big difference over time! #sunprotection #upf #dermatologist
