Bucky can't be hold accountable because he was brainwashed. Cap can't be hold accountable even though he lied. But it's Tony's fault that Obadiah was selling weapons??? (which he did take accountability for, even though he is not the person who did it). I rather like someone who makes mistakes and take accountability for it rather than someone who will gaslight you that you are wrong. And let's not start talking about the intent, Tony's mistakes are with intention of saving the world. Cap's just to save Bucky.
