my former work place before I relocated....the MD would come back from abroad and gift every staff something nice with food items...if your hair is old he'll give you money to go remake it...when you fix your nails he'd be the first to shower you with compliments and still gift you for looking amazing....we hardly had any vacant spot because of his homely behavior....I miss that place

This is attitude is underrated in cooperate world… but this is actually what brings out the best in people.. knowing that you truly care about them…. Is true people can seem to take such for granted.. but that where rules come in…. People think good leadership is being strict and authoritative… but making people feel seen should be the heart of every growth policy in an organization

This is my principal and his wife. In my firm there is everything needed to have a conducive working environment. There is health package, free WiFi, and a free gym. My principal buys lunch for every staff whenever he is around and if you ever complain of slightest headache, you must check your bp and if it’s high you go home. He takes everyone out once in a while to unwind. Checking of sugar level is a must and all round healthcare. God bless the always 🙏🏾
