I would not call it a rental crisis, that is what we have now, I would call it a rental disaster, because that is what will happen, rentals will slowly disappear, people will only be able to get rentals in the outer suburbs 40km away, away from their schools and communities

I realise that it's supply and demand, but rentals prior to budget night (which at the moment is most) are exempt so it's just a cash grab by landlords as they've consistently been doing anyway for at least 5 years.

Negative Gearing Must go to keep artificially inflated property prices in control. Rental crisis will make people save buy the property. Only people with their own interest are criticising the changes.
