These individuals are not beggars. They are car enthusiasts expressing their love for cars, though perhaps in the wrong way. I have already addressed this with them. I’m using this medium to appeal to the government to please give them one more chance to do it the right way. I completely understand and appreciate that the government is doing its best to make Lagos safer and life easier for every citizen. Thank you for that.
