Everybody has to deal with such loads, but the key to manage it is in your own description - „nobody can see it“. If you can stop waiting for other people to see these things you’re have already mastered the trouble. We humans want to communicate everything to other people. We need witnesses for everything. That’s the problem. If you can enjoy a beautiful sunset without taking a picture, which is usually intended to show others, then you enjoy it only for yourself without witnesses. Try it, feel it, and keep it for yourself. It makes you feel free.

Mental health in peri menopausal women is just so sad 😞 the highest age group for suicidal women are around 40-55 years, peri menopausal ages.

I spent 12 hours on the phone with my friend he was on an island and hard to get to on sundays I called the hospital to get him help I got a call next morning he was found floating in the river the hospital claimed they had a more urgent call I still miss my precious friend to this day😪😪😪😪😪😪

lost a father in law ,my father,my brother in law,a best friend ,childhood ,my ex tried it at the time...in 5 years 8 men I knew took that way out ...facts💯 8 men took their life 8 men went to sleep at night , 8 slept next to a person AND 8 LEFT CHILDREN ...at least one person knew their mindset....dont blame the person that took the so called easy way out too many people turn a blind eye !! 💜💚🖤🫶
