That person may be lying because i started 5 bedrooms house, big hall kitchen, each room has toilet and bath, now it at letle level and the cost is ghc 40,000 plus , if it was 3 bedrooms i would've finish it long ago.

I think you should educate them on the minimum size of reinforcement to use in the foundation it shouldn’t be 12mm it should be be 14mm for heavy load building we follow specifications. 12mm can be use but not strong enough to hold the dead load
