I used to have this client…Anthea and she’s very big in business and she said something very valuable that I will take with for the rest of my life she said “ I must never keep anyone for their qualifications but rather their right attitude because the right attitude will give what my company needs …Rather than getting qualifications with not good personality as that person will never be ready to learn what is needed in my business…..Good attitude will always take us far in this life 🩷🩷🩷

I am in construction and this video has reminded me of an event that took place in one of my project. I have this brilliant and talented Plasterer but the problem I have with him is that he's not team dynamic, somehow he prefers to work alone but thats impossible because he needs to have an assistant. I had to stop working with him because he's a bad influence to a team
