I had a prolapsed disc and I went on a lads trip last year and was ok throughout the holiday but on the plane on the way back the seats were so uncomfortable I thought I was going to need stretchered off the plane the pain was so bad bud now have had surgery so pain has now gone and I can look forward to my holiday in 4 weeks but if I hadn’t had the surgery I wouldn’t have been going

Nothing has worked for me except a medrol pack. Sciatica pain is just the worst.
