There’s no way that some ADHD isn’t tied to ptsd and trauma

Yes we do, and it sucks ass. Specifically when you break up with someone and feel like you could have done something differently.

I have RSD but I also realized no matter what I do my brain will sabotage me and tell me I’m being criticised. I can tell you what works for me is to let myself know even if it’s all true I am the only person who can love me for being me 🙏

She’s so smart I hate how surprised people are when they realize she’s not an airhead and has never been.

it makes sense, because people with ADHD overthink all the time so when someone says something negative about you you feel it stronger. I think that's how it works. I have really strong emotions and that's why I feel and act strongly

I have adhd but idgaf genuinely what others think of me because I went to therapy and learned what they think about me is not my business because I love me and dont need your validation and if your mean and rude that's a reflection of you not me.

I feel this daily 😭 it’s horrible, if you feel anyone is being “off” with you, work related / relationship related / family related……. It can feel so personal & like a punch to ur gut. I know it’s in my head, but to me it feels so real and I struggle to get over it if someone’s made me feel that way. People who make u feel that way prob have no idea how they have made you feel, they prob don’t mean it either….. but it’s so hard to switch off and yeah it’s like physical pain 😭

This is why many kids with ADHD are very prone to developing BPD & CPTSD as adults if they go through severe childhood trauma (Neurodivergents FEEL things from one Extreme end of the spectrum to the other)... So it rewires our heightened level of awarneness into a survival state what others call "paranoia" but it's like something in our DNA just activates one day and we go from being harmless empaths to Dark Empaths through no fault of our own. It literally is like a Demon.

Can't believe I learned something about myself from miss Hilton! I always had physical pain when I felt someone was upset with me, ever since I was a kid. Like a punch in the stumach and I have a hard time breathing. The other person got over it the next day, so it could be over something realy small. But I would beat myself up over it. I have great, loving parents so I diddnt know where it came from. Was undiagnosed with Adhd till 30 like a lot of woman because I mask it 🫠
