Mate, you make a good point, but there's another side to the story: maybe the video was released to draw attention to the poor maintenance the service workers receive while the military industry makes millions… Following your point, that situation could continue and even worsen. Just a tip: try to add a solution that works for both sides to your speech, not solely blaming the sailor while guys in suits make millions.
