Recipe👇🏽 Chicken 2 chicken breasts, chopped into small pieces Avocado oil 1 tsp Cajun seasoning 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper Season the chopped chicken with Cajun, paprika, salt and pepper. Add a little avocado oil to a pan and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through. Set aside. Alfredo Sauce 2 tbsp butter 2 cloves garlic, minced 1½ cups (355 ml) heavy cream ½ tsp salt (taste adjust) ¼ tsp black pepper In the same pan, melt the butter and add the garlic. Cook for a minute, then pour in the heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper and let it simmer until the sauce thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon. The Filling Cooked chicken All of the Alfredo sauce 1½ cups mozzarella ½ cup parmesan A handful of chopped curly parsley Add everything to a bowl and mix until nice and creamy. Let the mixture cool slightly before filling your tortillas. Time to Make It Crispy Flour tortillas 2 eggs, whisked Panko Oil for frying Fill each tortilla with the chicken Alfredo mixture and roll it up like a mini burrito, making sure everything is tucked in. Dip each burrito into the whisked egg, then coat completely in panko. Heat your oil to 325°F (165°C) and fry the burritos seam-side down until golden brown and crispy. Let them cool for a minute… then cut into one and listen to that CRUNCH. I hope it crunches. 🫡
