I have a real random question maybe, but I've seen a lot of bakers shipping cookies stuffed with cream cheese or apple pie filling. I'm cracking my head over how this is possible? Doesn't it need to be kept refrigerated due to dairy & moisture content? Are there secret

It’s funny. I just made cinnamon rolls this weekend. They came out wonderful but I still say that I could tweak a recipe and make it my own and like I say I’m in your baking school for the next 20 something days lol

I LOVE @cartersbakeshop blonde cinnamon rolls. They make my favorite soft melt in your mouth style cinnamon rolls. The dough is a little tricky to work with, but I've developed techniques that work for me to get these fantastic rolls made easier for my community.
