So your enquiry responses are just copied and pasted. I’ve sent two first about the parcel I had a response thought Okie I’ll wait 7 days it’s been well over seven days so I tried again explain give heard nothing and it was the exact same response literally copied and pasted. What’s the point

Absolutely horrendous not being able to speak to someone. My holiday clothes are just sitting in a van because the driver cannot be bothered to make two trips to my house!
