It’s up to you to see which one works best for you—in three of them, if your stories are original, you can even monetize them. Hope this helps! Because due to misinformation, people believe AO3 will give you the same visibility as Wattpad, which is false. AO3 is not a for-profit platform or a social network for writers; it is built by readers and for readers who prefer the peace and quiet of their fandom without getting into drama. This means having a ton of kudos won't really do much for you outside that space, since the only ones who will ever know about your fic are you and the person who read it, with zero exposure to external audiences.
