Brain cells in computers started a very long time ago. Where are we now? Computing power is going to be the newest big currency factor. Already is. Just one more reason for an actual Matrix, one town at a time. Brain cells? Whole brain simulation? Still artificial. But, when the artificial mind creates its own artificial intelligence, that is going to be us, linked neurally and getting our reality streamed at 1999 to 2019. Computing for the system, so robots and transhumans can enjoy life. In a way, the cellphones and social media have been the perfect test. "We all know" it works. The world, ladies and gentlemen, has ended. We are living in the formative stages of the next. Expect the worst because the best is yet to come. We will not be here to see the nice bit. it's like people didn't watch The Matrix. When they run out of high quality chip producing capability, the corporations will turn to this. First, people will sell their brain cells, a few a time. Then the prisoners on death row will "donate" theirs. Then other prisoners and enemies of the state. and eventually, corporations will farm people for their brains.
